2. Products and Custom Orders
We sell custom DTF gang sheets and related DTF transfer products. Many of our products are produced specifically according to the customer's selected size, uploaded artwork, and order specifications.
Because these products are custom-made, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting an order.
3. Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is suitable for production.
Artwork should be:
- High resolution
- Correctly sized
- Free from unwanted backgrounds
- Properly formatted for production
- Free from spelling, design, or layout errors
We are not responsible for errors that already exist in customer-supplied artwork.
We reserve the right to reject artwork that is technically unsuitable for production or that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
By uploading artwork, you represent and warrant that you own the artwork or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce and use it.
You agree not to upload content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
You are responsible for claims arising from artwork or content you submit.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
Taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges may be added where applicable.
6. Payment
Orders must be paid using an accepted payment method at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, or if additional verification is reasonably required.
7. Production
Production begins after payment and required artwork or order information has been received and approved for production.
Estimated production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact support@ertdtflab.com as soon as possible if they need to request a change or cancellation.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, peak periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
ERT DTF LAB is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
10. Returns, Reprints, and Refunds
Returns, replacements, reprints, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because many products are custom-made, returns for change of mind or customer ordering errors are generally not accepted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERT PRINT LAB LLC and ERT DTF LAB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
