Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Because DTF transfers are produced specifically for each order, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order transfers are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started.
Please carefully review your artwork, dimensions, quantities, and other order details before submitting your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact ERT DTF LAB within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part.
