What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are ready-to-press designs that can be applied to compatible garments using a heat press. ERT DTF LAB produces high-quality transfers with vibrant colors, sharp details, and strong adhesion.
How do I place an order?
Select the transfer option and size you need, upload your artwork, choose the quantity, and complete your order. Please review your artwork, dimensions, quantity, and other order details carefully before checkout.
What file format should I upload?
For the best results, we recommend uploading a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. Whenever possible, your artwork should be provided at the exact size you want it printed.
What resolution should my artwork be?
We recommend 300 DPI for the best print quality. Low-resolution artwork may result in reduced print quality.
Do you remove backgrounds from artwork?
Artwork should preferably be submitted with the background already removed. Files requiring additional editing may need to be corrected before production.
Are the transfers ready to press?
Yes. ERT DTF LAB transfers are produced ready for heat application. Simply position the transfer on your garment and follow our recommended application instructions.
What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers can generally be applied to many cotton, polyester, and cotton/polyester blend fabrics. Results may vary depending on the garment and fabric composition, so we recommend testing when working with unfamiliar materials.
What heat press settings should I use?
For best results, we recommend the following application settings:
Temperature: 160–165°C (320–329°F)
Pressing Time: 10–12 seconds
Pressure: 6–7 bar
Peel: Hot Peel
An optional second press of 5–6 seconds can be applied to improve the feel and finish of the print.
Results may vary depending on the garment, fabric composition, and heat press. We recommend testing before larger production runs.
Can I use a household iron?
For consistent and professional results, we strongly recommend using a heat press. Household irons may not provide consistent temperature and pressure.
Can I order just one design?
Available minimum quantities and ordering options will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. ERT DTF LAB can accommodate larger production orders. Contact us for bulk or business inquiries.
How long does production take?
Production time may vary depending on the size and quantity of your order. Larger or high-volume orders may require additional production time.
We work to prepare every order as efficiently as possible without compromising print quality.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Available shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout when available.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact ERT DTF LAB within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and packaging.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because DTF transfers may be produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
