Refund Policy
At ERT DTF LAB, our products are custom-made and produced specifically according to each customer's selected size, artwork, and order specifications.
Because custom DTF gang sheets and transfers are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer-supplied artwork issues, or ordering mistakes made by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@ertdtflab.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Any other information reasonably requested to review the claim
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is correct, properly sized, high resolution, and ready for production. We are not responsible for spelling errors, design errors, low-resolution artwork, incorrect dimensions, unwanted backgrounds, or other issues contained in customer-supplied files.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to support@ertdtflab.com.
Once production has started, the order may no longer be cancelled or refunded because it has already entered the custom manufacturing process.
Shipping Issues
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
