Shipping policy
ERT DTF LAB ships custom DTF transfers and gang sheets to customers in the United States.
1. Order Processing
All products are made to order. Production begins after payment has been successfully received and the customer’s artwork and order information are ready for production.
Production times may vary depending on order size, artwork requirements, production volume, and peak periods.
Any production time shown on our website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed completion date.
2. Shipping Destination
At this time, ERT DTF LAB primarily ships orders to addresses within the United States.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or restrict shipping destinations at any time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping costs may vary based on the order, package size, destination, shipping service, and other applicable factors.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and accepting the shipping charge before completing the purchase.
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using UPS or another reliable shipping carrier selected by ERT DTF LAB.
The carrier used for a particular order may depend on destination, package size, service availability, and operational requirements.
5. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after a shipping label is created.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery estimates provided at checkout, by the carrier, or by ERT DTF LAB are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Customs procedures
- Weather conditions
- Holidays and peak shipping periods
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Events outside our reasonable control
7. International Origin and Customs
Orders may be produced and shipped from Turkey to customers in the United States.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, inspections, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed on the shipment are the responsibility of the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or reshipment charges may apply.
Please contact support@ertdtflab.com as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping preparation has begun.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package may be lost in transit, please contact us at support@ertdtflab.com.
We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Replacement, reprint, or refund decisions will be made after reviewing the circumstances of the shipment and any available carrier information.
10. Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging
- A description of the damage
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement, reprint, or refund.
11. Delivery Confirmation
If carrier tracking shows that an order was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, the order will generally be considered delivered.
If you believe a delivered package is missing, please contact the carrier and support@ertdtflab.com as soon as possible.
12. Delays Outside Our Control
ERT DTF LAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, severe weather, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
